Ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi has an immediate opening to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team.  We are looking for someone who is results driven, hard working, and customer focused with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
• Manage service orders and flow in the Service Drive. Ensure that clients receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service.  Schedule client's future appointments.
• Work with customer and technician to identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
• Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts clients regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
• Submit repair estimates to extended warranty and insurance companies.
• Manage workflow within the shop.
• Maintain CSI scores above Mitsubishi standards.
• Maintain good working relationships to foster positive employee relations.
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Knowledge of Dealertrack and XTime extremely helpful, but not required.
